Matt Mac Cárthaigh
Matt is a founder and director of the company. He was born in New York, and he received his university education at Cornell University, in biology. He moved to Ireland in 1985, and he has lived most of the time since then in the west Kerry Gaeltacht. He has worked in a wide variety of jobs, including farming, pottery, university lecturing, computers, teaching, translation and interpreting, and more. He is very interested in everything connected to languages, especially minority languages. He is happily married and has two daughters.
