Demo Version (Win95 only)

You can download a demo version of the Irish Proverbs CD here. This version demonstrates most of the functionality of the full program, but includes only ten proverbs (and none of the little surprises). On the CD, the sound quality is very high, but in the demo version it has been greatly reduced to make the whole thing small enough for practical download. 
Minimum spec:
  • Pentium 100 processor
  • 16 MB RAM
  • Windows 95
  • Sound card and speakers
  • 16-bit colour
  • 6 MB hard disk space

Instructions

You'll be downloading a file called demo.exe to your hard drive; it's just over 2.6MB. Pay attention to the directory you choose for the download, as you'll have to find the file again. Once the download is complete, you can:
  1. Click the Start button on the Taskbar, then Run, then Browse to find demo.exe, and then click the OK button, OR
  2. Use Windows Explorer to locate demo.exe and double-click it.
This will install and launch the demo version of the Irish Proverbs CD.
